How It Works

STEP 1

Choose your favorite style from our catalog of portraits.

We're always adding new styles, so please make sure to check back frequently! You can stay up-to-date by subscribing to our newsletter or by following us on our socials.

STEP 2

Upload your favorite photo and place your order.

Some tips:

• Use photos with good lighting.
• Use photos where faces are clearly visible.
• Use photos that display the whole body (if purchasing a full body portrait).
• Avoid blurry photos.
• You can send us multiple photos for even more accuracy.

STEP 3

Our artists will create and send you the finished portrait!

Before we ship physical prints or send out the digital portraits, we run the artwork by our quality assurance team to make sure everything looks good. We'll also contact you if we run into any issues with your portrait.

Some things to keep in mind:

• Since every order is custom-made, it may take anywhere from 3 - 7 business days to finish the artwork (may take slightly longer during major holidays or when we're backed up by orders).
• Once approved by our quality assurance team, the artwork will either be sent to you digitally or we'll have it printed and shipped (depending on which portrait option you order).
• Shipping in the US takes around 2 - 7 business days.
• International orders can take anywhere from 10 - 20 business days.
• All our printed portraits are made & shipped from the US.
• If you're not satisfied with the final result, we can either remake the portrait (using a different artist on our team) or issue you a full refund!
