Our artists usually complete the first draft in 24 hours, but if our quality checking team sees any issues with the art, it'll be revised and edited. It may also take slightly longer if your portrait is more complex (and has more people in it), or if we have a high volume of orders. SHIPPING TIME IS INDEPENDENT OF THE ARTWORK CREATION TIME.
- Our artists make the portraits based off the reference photos you send us. So please send high-quality photos where the faces and and bodies are clearly visible. Our upload field has a limit of 20 MB.
