Important things to keep in mind: 

• Since the artwork is manually & custom-made, it can take anywhere from 1 - 3 business days for the artwork to be completed. It may also take slightly longer if we have a high volume of orders.
• Please double check to make sure you typed the name correctly. We create all of our artwork using the information that you type in (exactly as-is), so if you have a typo or provide the incorrect information, then the final artwork won't be accurate.

Since everything is custom-made by our team, some products will take longer to complete than others (as they obviously will take more work). 

This You Are Custom Art in particular can take up to 3 business days to be completed and sent off to our review team (may take slightly longer during high volume seasons) 

So please keep in mind that this is our artwork creation time and is separate from our shipping time (which is based off when the package actually ships). This means that you need to account for the artwork creation timeline on top of our shipping times for the estimated delivery date.

Most of the time, our packages are delivered in 1 - 2 weeks after the order is placed, but there are always other circumstances that may impact the overall delivery time (such as COVID-19, holidays, etc.).

We recommend purchasing 3 - 4 weeks in advance of whatever event you need it by so that you have plenty of time to receive and review the artwork, and potentially have a revised one shipped out if you need a last minute change.

We offer 2 different types of prints:

1. Canvas : Canvas prints are simply archival poly-cotton blend sheets that are wrapped on a wood stretcher bar. These prints offer a unique feel to them because they have a depth of 0.75" which makes them quite literally "pop" out from the wall. These are our best selling print types and are typically what you see in museums, galleries, or luxury homes (but at a very affordable price). Comes ready-to-hang, no framing required.
2. Canvas + Floating Frame: Our floating frame canvas prints are no different than our regular canvas prints except that they have a cosmetic frame that's added to the edge of the canvas. Due to the small space in between the frame and the canvas, this print type gives off the illusion that the canvas is "floating" in the frame, hence the name "floating frame". The floating frame is only cosmetic and adds no other function. Comes ready-to-hang.
