ARTWORK

Due to all of our art being custom-made, it can take anywhere from 3 - 7 business days to complete the artwork. Once completed, physical prints will be shipped out and delivered in 2 - 7 business days.

Please keep in mind that some artwork styles take longer than others and it depends on the complexity and demand of that particular design.

It depends on which option you choose!

Digital files are sent via e-mail (in a Dropbox link). Physical prints are shipped through one of our shipping couriers.

Unfortunately, due to the amount of orders we get, we might not be able to send you proofs of any of the artwork before it's printed.

Plus, e-mail servers are weird sometimes and when we send you a proof of the art, it's possible your e-mail provider may block the e-mail we send you... thus extending the time of delivery dramatically.

Don't worry, that's what our lifetime money-back guarantee is for!

If you're not happy for any reason whatsoever (whether it's because of the artwork itself or an issue regarding something else like the condition or shipping times), we can either get one of our artists to make you something else, or we can simply issue you a full 100% refund.

It depends on the style, but our artists mainly use Illustrator and Photoshop to create the artwork.

We can only add/remove things from the original photo you send us. If there's something you'd like to add/remove from the final portrait, you will unfortunately need to send the portrait back to us and we'll have to make adjustments and send you an updated one.

Also, please keep in mind that for some portrait styles we will need to add/remove things ourselves to make it fit with our artists' designs.

Don't worry, our quality checking team will make sure the photos are good enough to use before sending it off to our artists. 

If we need another photo from you, we will notify you by e-mail.

You can also check before ordering from us by sending the photo over to our support team, and we'll let you know if it's good to use or not!

Yes, we can!

But please keep in mind that some portrait styles have different requirements, and for some styles we will also use/create our own backgrounds instead of the one in the provided photo.

If you don't give us any specific instructions on how to color the photo, then we will by default make the final portrait in black and white.

If you buy a digital copy from us, you can use it how you wish. But we retain the rights to use it in our marketing and advertising promotions. 

For physical prints, well, there's not much you can do with it other than display it to all your family and friends!

Yes, but you can only change it to a style of the same price (or lower). For higher priced styles, we will need to cancel your original order and you will have to make the order again.

Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you want to change your order. Otherwise, our artist may have already started on the artwork, which in that case you will not be able to change the style.

SHIPPING

Once your artwork is printed, delivery will take 2 - 7 business days in the US with standard shipping, and 2 - 3 business days with expedited shipping.

International shipping takes anywhere from 5 - 20 business days depending on the country with standard shipping, and 2 - 7 days with expedited shipping.

Standard US shipping has a flat-rate of $5.95. But orders over $75 ship FREE! Expedited shipping is $19.95.

Standard international shipping costs $19.95, and expedited shipping is $29.95.

All of our orders ship from the US! We mostly ship from CA and NC, but we may also ship from other states for certain orders.

Yes! (Except for digital portrait orders, of course.)

Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation e-mail! Click the link provided in that e-mail and you should see the tracking number on the page that pops up.

Please keep in mind it may take a few business days for the initial tracking information to update when we send you the tracking number.

If it doesn't work after 2 business days, make sure that it's not due to an outage on the courier's tracking software.

If you paid via credit card, it can take around 3 - 5 business days. PayPal refunds should be instant unless if you paid via credit card or e-check with PayPal. 

Although we're very generous with our refunds, we do not offer a lifetime money-back guarantee for our digital files.

We do, however, provide unlimited revisions and we can always switch your digital file order to a different artwork or style (that's of equal or lesser value)!

First, please check your spam folder for the e-mail.

If it isn't there, then please try checking your other e-mail addresses (it's possible you may have ordered with another e-mail).

If you still can't find the e-mail, then please contact our support team. We will try using your name and other details to try and find the order for you!

We accept just about everything: all major credit & debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Venmo.

We unfortunately do not accept pre-paid debit gift cards, checks, or cash-on-delivery.

Don't worry, you can just contact us and we'll issue you a partial refund to make up for it.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of art, we do not price match.

We believe in paying our artists a good wage, so the prices we set for our artwork are final (the discounts we offer eat into our company's profits and do not affect our artists' salaries).

It's possibly due to having insufficient funds in your account. 

It's also possible that your card may have been flagged by our fraud detection system. Please contact us if you're unable to make a payment.

It's possible that due to an Internet issue, you ended up buying from us twice (accidentally). If this is the case, we will cancel one of the orders for you.

But sometimes your card will show multiple charges temporarily for verification/processing. If the second charge doesn't disappear after 3 - 5 business days, please contact us ASAP!

There's many reasons why a style may be listed as "sold out".

It could be because we're backed up by orders on that particular style (due to the high demand).

It could be because our artists who we use for that particular style are helping out other artists on the team (to offload some of the orders for them).

It could be because the artwork style is brand new and was just added to our store (and we're currently looking for more artists to hire).

We only use your photos as reference for the portraits we create.

Once we've created your portrait, we will dispose of your photo completely (unless you give us permission to share your photo and the finished portrait on our website, social media, and advertising/marketing promotions).
