Important things to keep in mind: 

• Since each portrait is custom-made, it can take anywhere from 2 - 7 business days for the artwork to be completed. Our artists usually complete the first draft in 24 hours, but if our quality checking team sees any issues with the art, it'll be revised and edited. It may also take slightly longer if your portrait is more complex (and has more people in it), or if we have a high volume of orders. SHIPPING TIME IS INDEPENDENT OF THE ARTWORK CREATION TIME.
• Our artists make the portraits based off the reference photos you send us. So please send high-quality photos where the faces and and bodies are clearly visible. Our upload field has a limit of 20 MB.
• Although we use a watercolor style, we convert the watercolor art digitally before printing, this ensures that each physical print will ship without any issues.
• If you want proofs of your artwork, please leave a message in the "notes" section on the cart page. Alternatively, shoot us an email and we'll add a note to your order. Otherwise, we'll print and ship the artwork out without sending you any proofs.

All of our art is created manually by our team. We do not use any online generators to create the final artwork.

Since everything is custom-made by our team, some products will take longer to complete than others (as they obviously will take more work). 

This watercolor portrait in particular can take up to 7 business days to be completed and sent off to our review team (may take slightly longer during high volume seasons) 

So please keep in mind that this is our artwork creation time and is separate from our shipping time (which is based off when the package actually ships). This means that you need to account for the artwork creation timeline on top of our shipping times for the estimated delivery date.

Most of the time, our packages are delivered in 1 - 2 weeks after the order is placed, but there are always other circumstances that may impact the overall delivery time (such as COVID-19, holidays, etc.).

We recommend purchasing 3 - 4 weeks in advance of whatever event you need it by so that you have plenty of time to receive and review the artwork, and potentially have a revised one shipped out if you need a last minute change.

We offer 3 different types of prints:

1. Poster Print: This is the option for people who want to buy their own frame. The poster print does not come with a frame and is simply an enhanced matte paper poster that you can place inside of a frame (or even hang up with tape by itself... but we recommend going the framing route).
2. Canvas Wrap: This is the option for people who want a gallery or museum style print. These are simply poly-cotton sheets that are wrapped over a fiberboard frame. They have a depth of 1.25 inches which makes the art, quite literally, pop out from the wall. These come ready to hang (sawtooth hangers preinstalled in the back).
3. Framed Print: This is basically a poster print but in a black frame. The frame is 1 inch thick and has no matting.

Our best selling options are the poster prints and canvas wraps. Poster prints because our customers tend to prefer using their own frames (or ordering new ones), and canvas wraps because, well, canvases have always been extremely popular in the art world so you just can't go wrong with this classic choice.
