Important things to keep in mind: 

• Since each portrait is custom-made, it can take anywhere from 2 - 7 business days for the artwork to be completed. Our artists usually complete the first draft in 24 hours, but if our quality checking team sees any issues with the art, it'll be revised and edited. It may also take slightly longer if your portrait is more complex (and has more people in it), or if we have a high volume of orders. 
• Our artists make the portraits based off the reference photos you send us. So please send high-quality photos where the faces and and bodies are clearly visible. Our upload field has a limit of 20 MB.
• If you want proofs of your artwork, please leave a message in the "notes" section on the cart page. Alternatively, shoot us an email and we'll add a note to your order. Otherwise, we'll print and ship the artwork out without sending you any proofs.

All of our art is created manually by our team. We do not use any online generators to create the final artwork.

Since everything is custom-made by our team, some products will take longer to complete than others (as they obviously will take more work). 

This watercolor portrait in particular can take up to 3 business days to be completed and sent off to our review team (may take slightly longer during high volume seasons)

1. Poster Print: This is the option for people who want to buy their own frame. The poster print does not come with a frame and is simply an enhanced matte paper poster that you can place inside of a frame (or even hang up with tape by itself... but we recommend going the framing route).
2. Digital File: This is sent directly to your email as a JPG file which you can get printed locally!
